Retail Store Representative

Reports To: Retail Store Manager
Employment Status: Part time, less than 20 hours per week, rotating schedule including evenings and weekends
Great customer experiences start with great conversations. As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll help customers stay connected by understanding their needs and recommending the Eastlink products and services that fit their lifestyle.
Whether you're helping someone choose a new mobile device, explaining the latest promotions, or troubleshooting a service question, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience. If you enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and achieving goals in a team-oriented environment, this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll make an impact by:
- Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products and services that provide the best solution.
- Building customer loyalty through exceptional service, product knowledge, and personalized support.
- Demonstrating and promoting Eastlink's products, services, and current offers with confidence.
- Contributing to individual and store sales targets in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.
- Continuously learning about new technology, products, and promotions to better support customers.

- Previous retail, sales, telecommunications, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
