Original job description

Nova Imperium | Halifax, NS | Full-Time

Ambitious? Competitive? Ready to turn your people skills into a career with real growth potential?

Nova Imperium is expanding its Halifax team, and we're looking for driven, outgoing individuals who want more than just another job. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and like the idea of developing your leadership potential, this could be the opportunity for you.

We partner with established brands across financial services, telecommunications, and charitable organizations, delivering face-to-face marketing and customer acquisition campaigns in retail stores and shopping centres.

We're not expecting you to arrive as a marketing expert. We're looking for the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ambition to develop.

What You'll Be Doing

Representing established brands through face-to-face promotional marketing campaigns
Engaging with customers, building relationships, and communicating product benefits
Supporting customer acquisition, sales, and campaign performance targets
Learning how successful marketing campaigns are organized and delivered
Working closely with experienced team members to develop communication, coaching, and leadership skills
Taking on additional responsibilities as your experience and performance develop

What We're Looking For

Confident, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting new people
A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to succeed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to learn, take feedback, and embrace new challenges
Reliable, motivated team players with leadership potential

Previous experience in marketing, sales, retail, or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential. We welcome graduates and career changers looking to develop new skills.

What We Offer

Base pay plus commission - with additional earning potential based on performance
Paid training and ongoing coaching - support from experienced team members
Career development - opportunities to progress into campaign coordination, team leadership, and management
A high-energy team environment - work alongside ambitious, supportive people
Performance-based recognition - your effort, development, and results matter

Ready to Make Your Move?

Whether you're starting your career, looking for a fresh challenge, or ready to build toward a leadership position, Nova Imperium offers an opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow.

Apply today and discover what you could achieve with Nova Imperium.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Nova Imperium is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
