Original job description

Great work deserves a great team. Build your future with Ritchie’s.

Join Ritchie’s in Dartmouth, where 60 years of experience, a strong reputation, and a steady flow of projects create opportunities for skilled flooring installers who take pride in their work.

We’re looking for experienced installers who know their way around flooring of all kinds, including hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, sheet vinyl & flash coving , broadloom carpet and carpet tile, ceramic and porcelain tile and floor levelling and preparation. Whether you specialize in one area or can do it all, we want to hear from you.

We’re after people who know their trade, pay attention to the details, and take pride in a job well done. You'll work on a variety of residential, commercial, and multi-unit projects, with a team that values quality workmanship, reliability, and getting the job done right.

Bring your experience, your skills, and your work ethic. We'll provide the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, develop your skills, and be part of a company that's been building its reputation for six decades.

At Ritchie’s, we work hard, have fun, and look out for one another. We recognize the people who show up, put in the effort, help their teammates, and take pride in what they do. Our installers are an important part of our success, and we want them to feel that.

If you know your trade and want to be part of a company that values what you bring to the table, let's talk.

Send your resume and a quick introduction to nicole@ritchiesflooring.com, and tell us a little about your installation experience.

Build your next chapter with Ritchie’s.
