Join Ritchie’s in Dartmouth, where a 60-year reputation brings customers through the door - and your expertise helps them bring their spaces to life.
You’ll guide customers through flooring selections, offer tailored design advice, and manage projects from the first consultation through completion. We’re after a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who listens, builds trust, and follows through.
You’ll use sales software to create quotes, work orders, purchase orders, and pick tickets. You’ll coordinate materials and deliveries, communicate with clients, installers, and project managers, and conduct site visits when needed to confirm specifications and customer satisfaction.
On the showroom floor, you’ll assist customers, answer calls, follow up with clients, and keep samples and displays organized and inviting. Staying current on products, design trends, and pricing will help you deliver informed recommendations.
Bring your retail sales experience, ideally in flooring, home improvement, or interior design, along with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. You’re comfortable managing multiple projects, working independently and with a team, and adapting to changing customer needs.
Experience with sales or project management software is preferred. Basic flooring, installation, and design knowledge is an asset; training is available. Flexibility for site visits and occasional weekend hours is required.
Bring your experience, ideas, and ambition. You’ll have room to take initiative and own your projects, with a team behind you to help make things happen.
We work hard, have fun, and celebrate our wins together. High fives are a thing here. So is recognizing people who support their teammates and deliver for our customers.
