Original job description

Join Ritchie’s in Dartmouth, where a 60-year reputation opens doors and your book of builder and multi-unit accounts will grow.

You’ll quote and close full packages across flooring, kitchens, interior doors, and trim, so you can offer real solutions, not just single-line quotes.

We’re after a self-starter who knows how to hunt, build trust, and manage long sales cycles - someone comfortable on site and at the negotiating table.

Bring your experience, your ideas, and your ambition. You’ll have the autonomy to take initiative, build relationships your way, and own your results, with a team behind you to help make things happen.

We work hard, have fun, and celebrate our wins together. High fives are a thing here. So is recognizing the people who put in the effort, help their teammates, and deliver for our customers.

You’ll have a voice, room to make an impact, and an expense account to support your business development activities. Our culture encourages client appreciation and entertainment, because strong relationships grow beyond the jobsite.

If you’re ready to build something big, let’s talk. Send your résumé and a quick introduction to nicole@ritchiesflooring.com, and tell us what builder relationships you could bring.

Build your next chapter with Ritchie’s.
